Implementasi Sukuk Sebagai Instrumen Keuangan Syariah Dalam Pembangunan Infrastruktur

This study aims to explore and analyze the implementation strategy of sukuk as a sharia financial instrument that can support sustainable infrastructure development in Indonesia. Specifically, this study aims to identify how sukuk can function as an effective and efficient source of financing, as well as understand the obstacles faced in its implementation, including regulatory aspects and public understanding. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with secondary data collection through literature studies, which include scientific journals, policy reports, and related official documents. The results of the study indicate that sukuk has great potential to increase transparent and accountable fund allocation, as well as accelerate infrastructure development. However, obstacles such as lack of public understanding and suboptimal regulations are still significant challenges. This study recommends the need to increase sharia financial literacy and improve regulations so that sukuk can be implemented more effectively in supporting infrastructure development in Indonesia.

This study discusses the concept of tax Islamization according to Syed M. Naquib Al-Attas, where Al-Attas argues that tax Islamization aims to reform the taxation system to comply with sharia principles, which emphasize justice, social responsibility, and economic sustainability. Within the framework of Islamization, tax is not only seen as a fiscal instrument, but also as a spiritual and social means to achieve community welfare. Al-Attas proposes the integration of zakat as the main mechanism in replacing the conventional tax system, by highlighting the importance of Islamic ethical values, such as tauhid, amanah, and ihsan, in tax management. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The results of this study indicate that the concept of tax according to al-Attas must be integrated with Islamic principles, because there are secular elements in the existing tax concept, so that tax can be a tool to achieve justice and community welfare.

The Role of Productive Zakat In Promoting Economic Independence A Case Study of LAZISMU Pamekasan

Poverty remains a significant issue in Indonesia, particularly in Pamekasan. This study examines the role of productive zakat managed by LAZISMU Pamekasan in fostering economic independence among mustahik (zakat recipients). Unlike consumptive zakat, productive zakat provides capital and skill training, enabling recipients to develop sustainable livelihoods. A qualitative approach, including in-depth interviews and participatory observation with mustahik and zakat managers, was employed. The findings reveal that productive zakat effectively increases mustahik’s income, facilitates the establishment of new businesses, and creates job opportunities. Furthermore, the program empowers mustahik to manage their businesses independently, significantly reducing dependence on consumptive zakat. The results highlight the potential of productive zakat in promoting economic independence and alleviating poverty sustainably. This initiative can serve as a replicable model for zakat institutions aiming to enhance community welfare through sustainable economic development

This study examines the Islamic legal perspective on online game transactions through the Steam platform, focusing on aspects of ownership, content, legality, and benefits. The research method uses a qualitative approach based on literature studies that analyze secondary data from various sources. The results of the study show that Muhammadiyah, Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), and Persatuan Islam (Persis) have different but complementary views. Muhammadiyah emphasizes the importance of clarity of ownership and understanding of the terms of service, NU prioritizes transparency and moral supervision, while Persis is critical of the potential for losses due to limited property rights. These three organizations agree that transactions must be in accordance with sharia principles, the legality of the platform must comply with Islamic rules, and game content must reflect moral and religious values. In addition, Steam is considered to have positive educational and entertainment benefits if used wisely and supervised. This study provides a comprehensive understanding of the legality of transactions on digital platforms from an Islamic perspective.

This study aims to examine the impact of quality management implementation on improving the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector in Karang Bahagia District. Using a quantitative method based on questionnaires, data were collected from 88 MSME operators to analyze the level of quality management principles implementation, the factors influencing it, and its impact on business performance. The findings reveal that most MSME operators have implemented basic quality management elements such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality control, although aspects such as internal audits and performance measurement remain limited. Factors such as knowledge, training, owner involvement, and capital constraints were identified as key determinants of successful quality management implementation. MSMEs that adopted quality management practices demonstrated significant improvements in product quality, operational efficiency, sales, and customer loyalty. This study provides both theoretical and practical contributions to the development of more effective quality management strategies in the MSME sector.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of using the QRIS feature as a means of payment among GenBI Purwokerto, to determine the factors that influence interest in using QRIS as a means of payment among GenBI Purwokerto, and to determine the implementation of the wadi'ah contract on the use of QRIS as a means of payment. The method used was qualitative method with the type of field approach (field research). The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, documentation. The results of this study indicate that QRIS as a means of payment among GenBI Purwokerto is effective that using QRIS is universal, easy, profitable, direct, the factors that influence GenBI Purwokerto using QRIS provide speed, convenience, cheap, safe, and reliable in the transaction process and the implementation of the wadi'ah contract, especially the wadiah yad adh-dhamanah contract occurs between the issuer and the e-money holder, where when carrying out the transaction process the nominal amount paid automatically goes to the e-money holder's account by being entrusted to the issuer.

The challenge faced by companies in the field of human resources is to find ways to increase work motivation and alleviate the impact of work stress so that it can ultimately enable employees to achieve organizational goals. The purpose of this paper is to test the influence of work motivation and work stress on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The analysis method used is quantitative verification analysis using the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The type of data used is primary data obtained through questionnaires filled out by 50 employees working in online delivery services. Data analysis has met the criteria for valid and reliable. Where the results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously between work motivation and work stress on the performance of online delivery service employees.

The existence of a contract is a very important matter in a transaction according to Islamic economic law. This contract is valid if all the pillars and conditions of the contract are fulfilled. Many Indonesian Muslims want to perform the hajj pilgrimage but do not have enough funds. Therefore, BPRS Harta Insan Karimah Bekasi introduced a hajj and umrah savings product with the mudarabah concept, namely that customers can only withdraw their savings if they have reached the minimum amount to perform the hajj pilgrimage. This study was conducted to determine how customers understand the contracts that have been used in this product. Data collection was carried out by interviewing BPRS HIK Bekasi and customers who save on the product. This study found that in general, customers do not fully understand the nature of the contracts used in hajj and umrah savings products. They are also not ready to bear the risk of loss from the management of their funds. In practice, BPRS HIK Bekasi provides voluntary security guarantees for mudarabah capital. Although in a mudarabah agreement, capital funds cannot be guaranteed against losses, there are opinions that allow this if done voluntarily.

Financial Technology (Fintech) merupakan bukti inovasi di sektor jasa keuangan yang sangat memudahkan akses masyarakat. Fintech tidak hanya digunakan untuk transaksi jual beli, tetapi juga dapat menjadi platform untuk pinjam meminjam secara daring, seperti pada P2P lending syariah. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh Literasi Keuangan, Literasi Digital, Persepsi Kegunaan, Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan, Norma Subjektif, dan Persepsi Risiko terhadap minat penggunaan P2P lending syariah di Indonesia. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 173 partisipan dari Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan model analisis PLS-SEM, dengan analisis data menggunakan alat bantu SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Persepsi Risiko dan Persepsi Kegunaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan P2P lending syariah. Sebaliknya, Literasi Keuangan, Literasi Digital, Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan, dan Norma Subjektif tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan P2P lending syariah di Indonesia.

This study aims to examine changes in consumption behavior, analyze the influence of a hedonistic lifestyle, and review findings from an Islamic economic perspective. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through an online questionnaire completed by 186 Generation Z respondents in Jember Regency. The t-test results indicate that the YONO trend has a significantly positive impact on awareness of essential consumption, whereas YOLO has a significantly negative impact on awareness of essential consumption. The F-test results show that both YONO and YOLO have a significant positive influence on awareness of essential consumption. These findings suggest a shift from a consumerist culture toward a more prudent and efficient consumption pattern that prioritizes essential needs, aligning with the principles of consumption in Islam among Generation Z in Jember Regency.

An abstract is often presented separate from the article, so it must be able to The purpose of this study is to analyze partially and simultaneously the influence of the human development index, health, education and income on labor productivity in Padang Panjang City. The type of research that the author uses is causative research using secondary data. The data in this study were collected by the author through the official website of the Padang Panjang City Central Statistics Agency and the official website of the West Sumatra Province Central Statistics Agency. Data processing using multiple linear regression analysis with data processing tools is SPSS. The results of the study show that partially the variables of health, education and income have a significant effect on labor productivity in Padang Panjang City. Simultaneously, the variables of health, education and income have a significant effect on labor productivity in Padang Panjang City with a very good level of influence of 82.2%, while the remaining 17.8% is explained by other variables outside this study.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh literasi halal, tingkat harga, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 konsumen produk frozen food yang ada di Kabupaten Bekasi. Data diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel literasi halal memiliki pengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, variabel tingkat harga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan variabel kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Trade zakat is one of the religious obligations for Muslims who meet certain criteria in commercial activities. However, the level of zakat compliance among small-scale traders remains relatively low, often due to various internal and external factors. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors influencing the decision of grocery store traders in Waringin Jaya Village to pay trade zakat. The research employs a quantitative approach using a field survey method. Primary data were collected through questionnaires with a 5-point Likert scale, distributed to 80 respondents. Secondary data were sourced from relevant literature such as books, journals, and scientific articles. The data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests as well as factor analysis with SPSS software. The results show that religiosity, perception, and motivation are the main factors influencing traders’ decisions. Religiosity was the most dominant factor with a Total Variance Explained of 28.751%. This indicates that traders with strong religious values are more likely to fulfill their zakat obligations. The study highlights the importance of spiritual awareness and community-based religious education in increasing zakat compliance.

This study aims to evaluate the broiler poultry business at CV Cendana Farm Indonesia, Dandang unit, which has a chicken population of 24,000. The study will discuss the comparison between revenue, production costs, and profits from the broiler poultry business, as well as assess its financial feasibility through calculations of NPV, IRR, PI, PP. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach, with primary data obtained through interviews with staff and directors, while secondary data is taken from financial reports over 12 harvest periods. The financial feasibility evaluation is conducted using calculations of NPV, IRR, PI and PP. The results show that the business is not feasible in the short term (NPV -445,634,638, IRR -8%), but feasible if operated for 5 years (NPV 992,170,708, IRR 46.8%). A PI greater than 1 (1.32) and a PP of 1 year 8 months indicate long-term profitability.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Investment and Human Development Index (HDI) on Economic Growth in East Java Province. The objects of this study are data on economic growth, investment, and HDI obtained from East Java Province during the period of 2019-2023. The sample used is secondary data that covers the entire East Java Province. This research uses a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination test. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that Investment and HDI have no significant effect on Economic Growth in East Java Province, both partially and simultaneously.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Maqasid Sharia in the BSI Pensiun financing product and evaluate its role as a sustainable, inclusive, and holistic Islamic financial solution for retirees in Indonesia. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research explores the extent to which the principles of Maqasid Sharia – namely the preservation of religion, life, intellect, lineage, and wealth – are reflected in the pension financing scheme. The findings indicate that BSI Pensiun serves not only as an economic financing tool but also as a means of safeguarding Islamic values in daily life. This study recommends enhancing public awareness regarding the benefits of Maqasid-based Islamic financing and fostering product innovation to expand its reach and impact in the future. These findings contribute to the development of more responsive, relevant, and Sharia-aligned Islamic financial products.
